Suspended Access
Decking System

Modular, lightweight and built for high-risk environments
WEB Deck™ by Fast Access is a revolutionary suspended decking system designed to deliver fast, stable, and secure access beneath structures where traditional scaffolding is either too slow, too costly, or simply not feasible. Whether working under bridges, jetties, pipe racks, conveyors or coastal platforms, WEB Deck™ provides a reliable work surface for operatives performing maintenance, inspection, or refurbishment tasks.

Product features and performance benefits
WEB Deck™ is engineered to deliver both practical efficiency and regulatory compliance in high-risk environments.
Modular and scalable
Available in multiple board sizes with bespoke options, the system can be configured for projects of any size or shape, including curved or offset installations.
Fast installation and removal
Compared with traditional scaffold-based solutions, WEB Deck™ reduces setup and dismantle time significantly — saving both labour and cost.
Lightweight, high-strength design
The aluminium frame is lightweight for manual handling yet strong enough to handle load classes up to 3kN/m², depending on the board surface chosen.
Patented fixing system
Each deck unit connects via a hook-and-clasp mechanism, securing to tensioned cable or truss supports with zero mechanical fasteners — minimising risk and maximising speed.
Anti-slip options available
Grated decking options offer additional slip resistance, ideal for marine or wet conditions.
Hybrid system compatibility
WEB Deck™ integrates seamlessly with Fast-Beam™, allowing suspended decks to be fitted directly beneath beam-mounted edge platforms — creating a complete hybrid access solution from deck to soffit.
Compliant with PUWER 1998
WEB Deck™ is classified as a ‘Temporary Work Platform’ and fully compliant with UK PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations).
WEB Deck™ + Fast-Beam™: Hybrid access, perfected
When used in conjunction with Fast-Beam™, WEB Deck™ forms part of a complete hybrid system that allows operatives to access both the top and underside of structures with unmatched efficiency. This approach is ideal for bridge deck works, parapet refurbishment, soffit repairs, and similar applications where dual-level access is required without full scaffold builds.
